DMS Techlabs sells software and services, which are delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.
Software products and services — delivered online
- Our software products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.
- Access to a subscription is activated online as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your login, or the link to set one up, is sent to your registered email address or WhatsApp number.
- If anything holds up your activation, contact us and we will sort it out — or, if we cannot provide the service, refund you in full as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Project work is delivered online — as a hosted environment, source code, an app store release or files — on the schedule agreed in the project's proposal.
